- Provide an instructional program that is differentiated.

- Use software to prepare all paperwork for each caseload.

- Ability to exercise various teaching strategies to increase students’ critical thinking skills
- Create a secure classroom climate.
- Analyze data and adjust your lessons accordingly.
- Use available technology in your lessons.
- Teach socially acceptable behavior, employing techniques such as behavior modification and positive reinforcement
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and policies and procedures to maintain order among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students.
- Assist with others duties as assigned by the Principal
